Description of Suspension type Overhead Travelling Crane
LX under hung single girder overhead crane is one kind of light duty crane, it runs under H steel rail .It is designed and made by reasonable structure and higher strength steel .
It uses together with CD1 model MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set, it is a light duty crane with a capacity 0.5 ton ~ 10ton. The span is 5-40m. Working duty is A3~A5, working temperature is -25-40℃.
This model crane not suitable to work in the burnable and explosible medium or in places have high humidity and acid, alkali gases, nor suitable to lift and transport melted metals, poisions and burnable materials.

LX model under Running single girder bridge crane mainly used for manufacturing and maintenance applications.
It is widely applicable to multiple fields such as: Pre Engineered Steel Building, Steel Plant, Steel Product Maker, Oil Industry, Plastic Plant, Cement Plant, Power Plant , Mine Industry, Food Industry, Chemical Industry, Cable Plant, Machine Tools, Car/Truck Industry, Transport Company, Construction Company, Electrical Company, Shipyard, Stone Yard, Installation and Maintenance etc.
Under Running overhead crane common configuration:
1.control methods: Pendant control or remote control cabin control, Or Driver's room.
2. Single speed of electric hoist or double lifting speed electric hoist.
3. Using single speed soft start cage motor for traveling movement.
4. Shrouded DSL system for trolley power feeding
6. Electric control box: standard is CHINT electric, Schneider-electric is for choose .
